Well, I guess we were just too bored with the time we have and have decided to go somewhere educational, I would say.

Nah, we were too bored and had no idea where to go.

Zoo Negara suddenly came into our minds and Zoo Negara, we went.

Baghero

Sometimes, by watching Discovery channel and National Geographic Channel, you will learn extra things which may surprise you.

Was watching History of Singapore today, and somehow learnt the word Baghero.

I have been hearing this word for a long time and have been wondering about the origin and meaning of the word.

Baghero – bloody idiot or bastard or something like that in Japanese.

Baghero.

I’m like 3 days late in wishing everyone, but better late than never.

Thanks for all the SMSes that you guys have sent.

One SMS though, was very meaningful and relates so much to me. I quote:

“2009 is at your doorstep. Remember, Life is short, break the rules, forgive and forget quickly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably and never regret anything that made you smile. May GOD protect and bless you and your family in health, body and soul. Happy New Year.”

There’s no one who would give such a message other than Mr. Prasad. Gosh. I miss his classes.





One more month!

I am sort of waiting for two things in one month’s time.

1. Finals will start on the 24th of November and ends on the 2nd of December.

2. Girlfriend is coming back on the 1st of December!

Now, now, I shall work my ass of so that I do not fail in the finals and have to resit the papers again, and of course that will hinder me from spending time with girlfriend.

How I wish I can have those post-STPM and pre-university life.

Off to book-indulging (like how a medical student should be) and Naruto-indulging (NOT like how a medical student should be).





The Malaysian Language?

A thought suddenly came to me yesterday. Few months back, the government (I think it’s the Ministry of Education) changed the name of the subject Bahasa Melayu to Bahasa Malaysia to instil patriotism is Malaysians. Whether or not this move works, we have to yet to know. I didn’t feel the effect of it at all.

Anyway, I’m not going to discuss about the effectiveness of the move. Now that the name in BM has changes, what is the new name in English? It was called the Malay language. So, now is it called the Malaysian Language? Sounds weird though.

Raya break is coming to an end! Sigh That means I’m back to hostel and more book-indulging. Till then. Happy holidays!
